Long story short: mirena Jan 2023 in place of utrogestan. EstraDot increased from 50 to 75 to 100. Reduced back to 75 6 weeks ago BUT can’t get Estradot so changed to EstradermMX75. Had continuous spotting since Jan 2023, it stopped immediately on starting alternative patches but in the past 2 weeks bleeding and horrible cramps have returned!!! Why? It makes the daily spotting seem not so bad now. I’m in agony. Is it the change in patch?
