Patches or Gel

I’m clueless. Can’t table oral because of clotting disorder. GP said she would text me in for on the gel or patches. But hasn’t, and I don’t know where to start!

what do you use? Any side effects?

I have a progesterone capsules and estradiol transdermal spray. Works well, no side effects so far, my hot flushes have gone, it's wonderful.
