Can anyone help/ has anyone had this and solved it?
Been on evorel sequi for about two years- went on to it because of migraines and unpredictable bleeding.
since about November I’ve bled every day bar about five. Not loads, but spotting, or bloody discharge, or stringy blood or enough for a pad. The ‘scheduled’ bleeds last about a week and can be any time during the last couple of weeks/first week of new cycle
And the bloating!!! At first it would come on in the combo weeks but go down a lot in the other two weeks. Now I permanently look 5 months pregnant, can’t see my toes and this is despite exercise and a good diet.
the doctor advised utrogestan but it was dreadful for me- I am progesterone intolerant and for this reason I really don’t want to do continuous combi or the mirena coil.
would I be best off coming off the HRT altogether? Has anyone done this? Or found any other way of solving eternal bleeding?
