HRT anxiety

has anyone else found HRT caused anxiety. I’m 51 and on evorel conti 50 patches since last summer. My anxiety has been terrible for the last few months not sure if it’s the hrt or menopause that’s causing it. Thanks

Yes! I had the gel and it gave me panic attacks which I’d never had before. I stopped the HRT. But maybe hang in there or talk to your gp & try a different type. Xx

Thanks for your reply. I have decided to stop taking hrt to see if it is that causing my anxiety.
