Patches patches - missing Estradot! any advice?

My experience with Evorel is dreadful so far - the are just so big compared to Estradot and not only that, the glue gives me a rash and doesn’t actually adhere properly to my skin. Ugh. I’m trawling through the internet to see if any online pharmacies have alternatives or (wishful thinking) a stash of Estradot! Any recommendations? Has anyone tried FemSeven? If so, do you have experience on Evorel to know how it compares? Also, what of sourcing online pharmacy - is this crazy? It certainly seems crazily expensive.
My doctor seems unaware of the supply shortages and maddeningly keeps prescribing Estradot by name. So I am getting tempted to just throw some money at the problem and buy what I can find online.

I agree.. estradot so much better but alas on everol too as a replacement for now. I heard they should be back in stock by end of the year..

My doctor from a menopause clinic has said 2026 - they are having to build a new factory apparently. I normally use an online pharmacy and pay so I don’t think there are any left in this country.

Also hating Evorel patches. Can we get estradot abroad does anyone know? I’m willing to travel to source some!!

For anyone desperate you can order Estradot from overseas. I ordered from Canada as the shortage here is ridiculous. Canadian Pharmacy World is where I ordered from you just upload your NHS prescription and they ship was $69 for 8 boxes of 50mcg

@Delatron e mail their customer services they were most helpful. I am sure there are other overseas pharmacies too, I first tried Europe but shortage is everywhere but seemingly not in Canada. Evorel are useless so much so I had my prescription amended to specify only Estradot (ask your GP). I have had a VTE in past prior to HRT so I need to be sure of the dosage I am receiving which doesn't work when the patch keeps falling off so that you need a new one! Estradot is the only decent brand imo.

Good intel about Canada. Was going to try Europe but can bypass there now.

Apologies I have just clarified with them and what I assumed was 8 boxes is patches not boxes so a tad more expensive than I initially thought however something I am personally prepared to pay for. Apologies if this has confused anyone however they are available and do ship here just more expensive but desperate times!
