Oestrogel and long distance flight/big timezone change

I have a long flight next week - 15 hours and a 7 hour timezone change. How have other people managed their oestrogel dosing.
Do you keep it on Uk time - so at the end of the day?
Or do you keep in to in the morning after a shower as directed on the bottle?
I am away for 3 weeks in a volunteer role so want to avoid brain fog etc.

Honestly I think if you've used it for a while so your levels have stabilised it won't make much difference. I change time of day all the time as I tend to shower after running and timing varies, and it makes zero difference.
