Symptoms : massive stress reaction to giving a 15 min international woman's day speech for work. Felt extremely triggered by it and exhausted afterwards. Like I was going to pass out afterwards. That was Friday.

Usually these would all be pms related and I would have started my period yesterday, usually happens the day after the random tears. But there is definitely nothing to dispell. I m 46 next month.
I m just logging this, in case it's helpful for anyone. I believe I m in late stage perimenopause. Went from May to October 2024 with no bleed, then had 3 in a row and nothing since.
