I’m 47 no major changes in cycle yet but my nipples are constantly and distractingly and sometimes painfully itchy. Not quite ready to bother the GP with this yet as it seems minor but am wondering if anyone else had this in peri? It’s so itchy it sometimes wakes me up. Tried cold plain cream (zero base) but doesn’t do much.
