Period has gone

I've been using HRT for about a year cyclically. Gel and cyclogest. I've recently put it up to 3 pumps. However my period has basically disappeared with tiny spotting only at the appropriate times for last two cycles.

This is odd as someone with adenmyosis who has had heavy periods more or less her whole life.
Does this sound normal and that my own hormonal cycle is essentially suppressed? Does that mean I still need to worry about womb proliferation? It's all a bit of a mystery. Or maybe this is because I'm now menopausal?

My periods were very hit and miss in the peri menopause..... longest was 56 days. I was hoping they had gone for good 😊 they do sometimes become erratic in the peri menopausal stage
