I'm not who I used to be.

What are you struggling with? I am also post menopause.

I’ve just come across your message, menopause can feel like uncharted territory—your body changed, your mind foggy, your spark dimmed. But hear me when I say this: you are still “you”. You are not invisible. You are not ‘past it.’ This stage of life isn’t about fading away—it’s about rediscovering yourself in a new, powerful way. Be kind to your body, nourish your mind, and don’t be afraid to fight for the care you deserve. If you’re struggling, you’re not alone. We’re in this together, and brighter days “are” ahead. If you’re struggling then reach out if there’s anything specific please ask.
Are you on any medication for your symptoms?

Much love Stacey

I'm not always in myself since adulthood strikes but let's just keep going.

I'm not who I used to be.

Life is ever changing. None of us are are who we were regardless of the menopause.

Focus on self care, optimising health and lifestyle and read up on HRT so you are informed if that is the route you want to go down.

I love it. The menopause was no picnic but I took Menopace supplements, sage for the sweats, upped my walking and yoga (and keep itup) which all helped. Now I am free from my weird menstrual cycle, no worries about contraception, and find that my tolerance levels regarding bullshit have dropped in coloration with my hormones so smiling and saying no is easy as pie. For everything there is a season and all that.

Good thing for me, much happier & more resilient as I get older.

No one is who they used to be: menopause or not. That's life I think.

Came on here to find some hope! Perimenopause is currently doing a number on me. Cannot wait to be out the other side!
