Hi All, I hope someone can give advice.
I'm using Evorel Sequi patches, but have lapse in the past few weeks/ months due to forgetting to change them / becoming complacent / general confusion. My prescription is still live.
When I was on the tablets I got my period when starting a new pack. With the patches I wasn’t in the same rhythm, and this was when I remembered to change on the correct days.
I thought I’d try and get back into sync (assumed that my period should happen when I start a new box) but never got it right.
I’ve ordered a new prescription, but when should I start? On day 1 of my new cycle? I would make an appt with the GP to ask but they always call when I can’t access my phone in the day, so feeling a bit lost.
TIA for any advice, even if it is that I should really speak to the GP!
