Evorel sequi patches

I have just finished my first cycle of evorel sequi patches. I felt great for the first couple of weeks but then when I switched to the second type of patch (the ones with progesterone) I have had low mood, trouble sleeping, and have had spotting on and off (which I sometimes have in the week before my period anyway).

Has anyone else had this and did it settle down after a while?

It settled with me.
I was amazed at the reduction in rage ,sweats and sleeplessness to begin with but month two seemed to be a bit of a slight relapse.
Fine now after eighteen months apart from wanting to smother my DH because of his snoring.
But that was an issue before.
