Painful patch removal- help!

Switched to estraderm MX as estraDot unavailable and everol didn’t agree with me last time I had to switch but omg it was like a waxing removing this patch. They are big and crinkly and now I’ve found out painful to remove it’s still smarting!!! Anyone else??

You can get medical adhesive removal spray which works well on the appliance I have glued to me. I don't know if your patches use the same adhesive but it would be worth trying it. Some companies send out free samples, eg. https://www.clinimed.co.uk/product/appeel-sterile-medical-adhesive-remover/

I used to use Clinimed to help remove those big patches.

Alternatively, try removing it in the shower, with the water drumming straight onto your thigh.
