Hi everyone, I'm 42 years old and for the past few weeks have been having some symptoms that I feel could be peri.
I'm not sleeping very well, despite being tired. I'm finding I'm quite restless, but also I'm having hot sweats when I'm in bed, particularly the bottom half of my body, which is quite strange.
I am finding also that my face and neck will randomly flush for no apparent reason through the day, although this isn't happening as regularly.
One of the other main symptoms im experiencing is difficulty concentrating at times too, and my memory's suffering slightly (eg. Forgetting passwords I use regularly etc)
I'm usually quite sociable and enjoy going out with friends and keeping busy, but lately I'm much preferring to stay cosied up on a weekend in my own little bubble at home 😂 I don't feel down, I'm perfectly happy with this, it's just a complete turn around for me!
Periods are still regular as clockwork though, although maybe a little lighter than usual.
Then there's the body aches and dry hair, and dry mouth and eyes especially 😪
Does this sound like it could be the start of peri? I'm going to buy some supplements anyway and see if they help, so any recommendations would be great please 😊 x

Sounds fairly classic to me! My reccomendation would be a private menopause specialist appointment, and a finding the HRT that works for you, each to their own, but supplements didn't touch the sides for me.
