Hi I've been on evorel sequi hrt patches for 2 yrs now and I'm finding that the placement of the patch makes a difference with bloating. I started out wearing them around my belly button, and then right under my waist. Bloating in that area increased so much. I then pushed it down to my thigh. I noticed less bloating in my mid-section, but still some bloating going on. I was wondering if I could try it around my lower thigh. Anyone else having bloating issues due to the patch, and any suggestions to reduce?

I wear mine on my bum, lower back have you tried there? Also have you noticed it is worse on the combined patch or oestrogen only patch.

Hi @Christine0708 thank you for your response :). I'll definitely give that a try on my lower back or on my bum. I'm on the combined progesterone and estrogen. Which one are u on, and have u experienced any bloating changes with placement of the patch?
