Lenzetto spray and headaches

Has anyone else tried Lenzetto spray please? What were your experiences?

I’ve been on a high dose of sandrena gel (plus Mirena) for past year which was working well, but recently started to feel like was no longer strong enough as I heed a high dose.

GP switched me to 3 sprays of Lenzetto per day.

I am having horrendous PMS and also near constant headaches, which is really unusual for me. This has gone on for the whole two weeks and is not easing…

can anyone advise if this is part of the ‘adjustment’ or is this a side effect that never goes away?!

3 sprays is the equivalent of a standard 1mg dose of Sandrena so you might be experiencing oestrogen reducing if you were on more

Thank you. I finally saw my GP and this is what she suspected too. But she also thought the Sandrena too could be causing the migraines. So she’s switched me back again… fingers crossed it improves soon!
