Itchy all over creepy crawly feeling

Hi I have been on kilofem for 6 years and it works wonderfully but in the last 3 months I suddenly developed a rash on chest which flares up when hot and now itching in ears and arms like a insect is crawling all over me mostly in evening using Aveeno which helps
So nurse has put me on additional medication Oestrogel which I have taken once and am now bleeding haven’t bled for years any advice ?

I get the itches too I'm not sure if it's to do with the menopause or the natural thinning of the skin. For that kind of heat rash I use an anti chafing powder without talcum this works wonders for me! Re the bleeding you could stop using the extra medication to see if that stops the bleeding. My menopause dr said it was now protocol to disregard any bleeding that started due to an increased dose in the first 3 months. However if it's not stopping when going back to the old dose they will want to do tests to eliminate any nasty stuff. One of those tests involves an internal biopsy you are entitled to ask for anaesthesia it's very painful without it.
