Looking to start some vitamins to help with menopause been looking at the vitabiotic range. They have a night time vitamin.

Has anyone tried this one? Can you take other supplements or is this one enough on its own?

What would people recommend? Such a minefield of info and products.

Just bought magnesium spray for helping with sleep.

I think menopause mulitvitamins (like most products aimed at menopausal women) are a load of marketing BS. It's far better to focus on having a varied, healthy diet and plenty of activitiy including strength training. If you have specific issues or deficiencies then targeting those with single supplements can be useful - I take vitamin D, creatine and magnesium glycinate.
