Hi,
I’m currently using 2 pumps oestrogel per day and utrogestan tablets days 1-14.

Because My sleep is sometimes bad I also use the liquid Nytol diphenhydramine and sometimes the occasional zopiclone tablet.

However I’ve just seen some medications interact and now not sure it’s ok to do this?

just wondering if anyone else takes sleep meds alongside the combined HRT?

Do you take magnesium? It helps you sleep, if you get the right one, and most people are deficient.

I have had months of sleep issues whilst using HRT and have been prescribed zopiclone and promethazine (I believe it contains same as Nytol but bigger doses) and I have been fine and obviously the doctor knew I was on HRT when she prescribed.
As DustyLee123 said, also try magnesium. I use 3 in 1 from Nutrition Geeks as it’s a better formula than some and I have found that really helps as I didn’t want to use prescribed meds long term.
Good Luck with your sleep. I know how debilitating it can be when you can’t sleep.
