Increasing Evorel dose?

My sleep improved after I started Evorol 50 patches. But seems to have gone to shit again. 3am wake ups for 2 hours at a time. Any had this and found an increased dose of Evorel helped?

Similar here @nightmarepickle2025 . I am only on my 10th patch and the nighttime hot flashes have mostly disappeared, but getting to sleep either when I go to bed or after waking during the night is tricky as my mind is overthinking too much (usually work!) which wasn't too much of a problem before.

I've tried magnesium and sleep stories so far, they sometimes (appear to) help, but other times, if I get to the end of the sleep story and I am not asleep it just winds me up more! 🙈

I have started a log (but keep forgetting to update it), with how the previous night sleep was. Wondering if there is a pattern that is perhaps related to when I change the patch. Tuesday night (which is when I change my patch) was awful.

Do you take progesterone too? I recently changed to oestrogel and utrogestan at night. Sleeping do well after my Evorel!

@Horationor Evorel 50 patches are estrogen only, so I also take 100mg Utrogestan.

Yes, I used to be Evorel 50. Just wondered if you were taking progesterone or if you didn't need it.

I find taking utrogestan/oestrogel before I go to bed, helps me sleep really well, rather than Evorel.
