Evorel Sequi to Conti

After happily been on Evorel Sequi, my GP swapped me to Evorel Conti a month again.
For the last week I've been feeling very low and raging with anger.

Is this because of the constant progesterone?
I've taking the patch off as I can't cope with the feelings.
Is there an alternative conti patch with a different level of progesterone?

This does sound like it could be the progesterone. I don’t think the patches come in different strengths of progesterone but you might be suited to a different form - many people tolerate Utrogestan very well as it’s bio identical plus there are other synthetic variations.

I am very progesterone sensitive but Utro was not a good fit for me yet the synthetic on everol conti patches suits me brilliantly.

One size doesn’t fit everyone so don’t be hesitant to advocate for trialling something different if the conti doesn’t suit.

I think the Evorel conti is just one set progesterone dose.
