Accidentally taken dose of HRT 12hrs early

I take 2 tablets of Ugesteron for 14 days then 14 days just the gel. This morning I had an awful headache and half asleep took paracetamol… only I didn’t I took my HRT instead🙄This was at 7.30am having taken my HRT last night at 10pm.

Am I likely to have any side effects? Google isn’t giving me much info other than I may feel more anxious?!

No. I’ve missed doses sometimes and like you occasionally taken a double dose by mistake. You’ll be fine. Hope the headache goes

You might feel sleepy or very tired, or worst case dizzy, but it won't do you any harm.

ive dine this plenty of times and also missed doses plenty of times.

afaik the only thing that is dangerous is if you are taking oestrogen without progesterone

No big problem, just miss tonight's dose and get back on track tomorrow. Absolute worst case it might make you feel a bit tired or PMT-like or give you some spotting but most likely you won't notice any difference.
