Hoping someone can help me/reassure.
I’m 47, on HRT and have been feeling so achey in my back, limbs when I get up in the morning! Things like bending down to use the dust pan and brush and I feel so stiff.
My doctor says this is normal, and it does subside as I am increasingly up and about and the morning goes on but is it really part of getting older?!!
I have started taking collagen which I think helps a bit but is there anything else I can do - yoga, other supplements etc?
