HRT completely out of sync - what should I do?

I’m using evorel sequi (4 sequi and 4 Conti patches). Period started today and I have 2 conti patches (1 week) to do. This isn’t because my periods are irregular (they are actually pretty reliable) but they are not exactly 28 days every month so I have kind of drifted from the sequence, this has been going on for a while now. Just wondering if I should just reset and start a new pack with new Sequi’s and discard the other 3 patches? Anyone had experience of this?

Just stick to the pattern. If your periods don't line up you'd just go out of sync again anyway.

I just assumed you stick to the pattern regardless of when your period comes. My period has got increasingly irregular and doesn't really have any relation to where in the sequence I am... Am I doing it wrong?!

This happened to me, my cycle is around 31 days, I queried it with a nurse practised she said it's normal. Unless your cycle is exactly 28 days you're never going to stay in sync with your patches.
