Do hot flashes come and go , they have been on and off I don’t get them every day and all day but when they come back say after 2 to 3 months they seem to be in the night sometimes evening but the first time they were both during day and night .
my bloods showed that I have started manopause but when I get my hot flashes they come and go is this normal Am not on HRT .
is this what happens or is it different with every one I just want to know if there is someone out there like me or if this is normal.
i guess my question is whether this can happen my Gp told me my results over the phone and didn’t tell me anything else I don’t know how I can understand more but not sure how
