Elleste solo tablets - perimenopause?

so I’ve always struggled with hormones and have had periods of my life I’ve felt so down and I know it’s to do with it. I have pcos and no regular cycle. It’s a bit weird how I ended up trying elleste solo as it has been for IVF. Every time I’ve taken it my depression has cleared, I’ve actually WANTED to have sex, I have more energy and sleep better. It has worked wonders that SSRIs never have. It’s a mystery why this happens as my estrogen levels are within normal range but low. I wish I could take it more regularly but when I spoke to my gp they said that I wasn’t menopausal so there would be no point. I feel like this could improve my life so much. Is there something I’m missing? Sex drive usually non existent, hot sweats at night, dryness, brain fog, depression, paranoia for the last couple of years.

How old are you?

I'm a bit unclear- you were given Elleste Solo as part of IVF treatment?

You should ask your GP to refer you to a menopause specialist. You have PCOS and you're having menopausal symptoms. OR your GP should be willing to let you trial HRT for 3 months.

@DustyLee123 @JinglingSpringbells I’m 34

yeah I’ve done a few frozen embryo transfers which has required me to take it for around a month before transfer. Sorry if it’s unclear I wrote it in a rush.

Push your GP for a referral or pay for a private menopause consultant- there are loads who work online now.
