Stupid perimenopause is actually making my brain addled

That is all. As in, I can say so much about how much I hate perimenopause and the way it affects me badly, but the worst symptom is definitely the effect on my brain.

The week after my period is when I feel the calmest, think the most clearly. After that, it so dire that I literally feel enraged, anxious, angry, so woolly headed that I feel I can't remember any information about literally the whole world... it is horrid.

Ugh, I hate hormones and the way we go through this stuff. Rant over 😅

I hate it too. For about a week a month I feel as if I have early onset dementia. For two weeks I feel furious and tearful. One normal week, like you.
