Aged 56
Hysterectomy at 48 - HRT for 4 years then discovered I had hormonal breast cancer.

Treatment ended in 2022 and have been on oestrogen suppressing drugs since.

My ears are so dry, have had ear infections and Optimize spray is a constant. My head is so itchy (back of scalp just above neck/hairline) - diagnosed with seborric dermatitis (sp?) so far had 2 types of shampoo and steroid cream which hasn't touched it (& so awkward to put onto an area with hair).

Can anyone suggest anything before I go back to my GP?

It's driving me crazy!

I have 7 more years of taking these tablets which I think are causing me these problems.

And I haven't even mentioned my itchy bum 🙈

For itchy skin I use Leti AT4 Hydrogel. It calms the itch quickly for me.

Totally empathise! I did 5 years of Tamoxifen and 3 years of anastrazole. The itching and dry skin was (and sadly still is) so bloody annoying! I use hydramol ointment and Cerave lotion for my skin, and I you don't mention your vulva but I have to use the hydramol there too! For hair I recommend Moo Goo shampoo and conditioner (made with goats milk), you can get them from Amazon.

Dermacool from the doc is good on your scalp, leave it on overnight and wash out on a morning has done wonders on my itchy scalp
