When should i start HRT ?

Trying hrt for the first time.
my periods are happening every 22-36 days.

The patches prescribed say to start anytime if periods NOT regular or beginning of period if they ARE regular.

not sure if mine are classed as regular or not. I’m currently on day 20 of a cycle.

what to do ?

For patches I think I waited until what was written on the packet instructions til day 7 of new cycle I think. In retrospect no need really.

According to the Flo app that's within "normal" cycle range so I would wait for the start of your next period.
