Tender swollen breasts

It’s a year today since my last period , I’m in my late 50’s .
My breasts have been so tender and have “blown up “ over the last 2 days , so much so they are actually spilling way out of my bra.
Is this normal ?
Has anyone experienced this ?

Single so not pregnant!!

Have you visited your doctor? I think you're menopause. Try menopausal supportive bras. Its good for sore breasts.
