HRT patches

Has anyone had trouble with patches ive just started using Evorel Conti first 2 were ok but rest dont seem too stay on anyone had same problem?

Where are you sticking them. I use everol 50 and don’t have any problems but I stick to my bum/lower back. X

You need to warm it up by rubbing it between your hands (while still in the packet) for a good 20 seconds or so. Then when you put it on give it another good rub over your clothes for another 10-15 seconds.

I've been on them for a couple of years. I regularly get patches that won't stay on, sometimes several in one box. Even if they do stay on, they often curl up at the edges. No idea why some do, some don't, I don't do anything different each time.

Mine always stay on. I put them on straight after a bath and they never budge.

Never come off here. I bend over so my bum is stretched then pop it on, usually in roughly the same place each time, alternating bum cheeks.

I did the rubbing thing to begin with but I don't bother now.

Just came on here to find the magic cure for stopping this. I am unable of managing to get it out of the packet without folding it over on itself - I am in total awe at being able to do so whilst bent over with stretched bum cheeks 😀

I’ve never had a problem with evorel conti patches even though I swim four or five times a week. I just slap them on my bum after a shower. I don’t stretch my skin or warm them up. I tried another kind for a while and they were a disaster. I thin’ they were estradot. They fell off all the time.

I've got evorel patches but perhaps I am putting them in the wrong place then. I shall aim for my arse next time.
