Headaches when on period during Perimenopause

Is it normal to have headaches when you're on your period during Perimenopause?

I've had the occasional headache in the run up to my period a few times but now it seems I'm getting a headache for the duration of my period (4 days - probably medium flow).

I get migraines. I got them during puberty, then hardly ever had a headache for any reason and no migraines for 30 years and now they are back.

I get them the minute my period has finished. The doctor prescribed me Triptans which really help, get rid of the migraine within a few hours rather than days.

Thanks. This period has floored me with symptoms. The actual flow has been OK but I seem to have had every other possible symptom. Hopefully all will go once my period ends.
