Bloods result - high testosterone levels

I've been on HRT for just under a year and about 4 months ago I was prescribed testosterone gel. My first blood test in August is showing on the NHS app as Serum testosterone (I don't know what the tests mean) and it was normal - 0.42 in the range 0.1 to 1.4. I had another test in December, this is showing in the NHS app as Free Androgen Index (Mass Spec). The testosterone (mass spec) is 6.9 in the normal range 0.3 to 1.7. In the Serum sex hormne binding glob it is 77 in the normal range 27.1 to 128. In the Free Androgen Index it is 9% in the normal range 0 to 4. The Serum testosterone is showing in the app as results not back yet. I don't know what this means. I can't speak to my GP for a couple of weeks. Can anyone help me understand this and I'm worried. Is it ok to keep applying the testosterone gel for now?
Thanks, if you can help.
