Help with menopause

I am just wondering if anyone has tried smoking weed to help with menopause. I am suffering from anxiety, muscle aches and pains breast tenderness and very low mood .a friend has said that she smokes weed to help her .I am just not sure . Any advice thanks

I can’t imagine anything that has the ability to induces anxiety being my first choice. I use HRT and it has definitely helped.

CBD would be a safer bet!
