Progesterone aiding sleep

So I am on Evorel patches with progesterone tablets for half the month. I am finding a big difference in my sleep patterns while I'm on progesterone, I sleep so much better.
Anyone else?
So my question is ... how can I mimic the progesterone effect when just on the patches.?

Hi. I have just had my evorel conti upped to 75 as the 50 weren't working anymore. I was also prescribed progesterone tablets one a night. I have found since taking the progesterone my sleep has been more relaxed and comfortable, not tossing and turning or broken sleep. I do think having my patches upped has helped too?
