Abdominal ache?

Hi. Had some bloods for right sided abdominal ache high up, like a twinge sensation for two weeks. Bloods fine and no other symptoms so GP doesn't seem concerned (did CA125 ovarian screen too which was fine). GP said for completeness will refer for scan of tummy and transvaginal scan too. No periods for 3 months now. On HRT. Not pregnant as did a test. Anyone had anything similar? Not sure if this is perimenopause or a cyst. Thanks im advance.

Gall bladder? Stones, possibly?
Did the dr mention those?

Anything ovarian tends to be below the waist not above.

Push for an abdominal CT scan and ultrasound of your gallbladder. Does it ache after eating?

Ahhh the GP didn't mention gallbladder or stones. I presumed that would be a stronger pain. It's just to the right of my belly button so quite high up but still 'abdomen'. Will start monitoring the pain after I eat and see if it worsens. It's just a niggle but constant. Feels like everything is passed off as perimenopause and sometimes you just don't know.
