Are tender boobs common during perimenopause?
Last few weeks they've been constantly tender (not normal for me). I'm 47 and on hrt but only real symptoms so far are erratic periods, sleep issues and mood changes.

Same age and also on HRT. Mine are very tender for perhaps two weeks out of four. Not painful exactly, more like sore. I seem to get pre-menstrual symptoms for two full weeks since being on HRT, so I put it down to that.

It's just weird that I've been on hrt for about 2 years now and not had this before. Maybe it's just a further shift with hormones to deal with 🙄

Try evening primrose oil caps , suggested to me by a breast consultant .
Disclaimer : Check if your taking any other medication .

Every friend I've passed this suggestion to , it stopped breast pain .

That's a good idea. Thank you
