Why do you think this?

Hello! I take these. I was nervous too and they sat in a drawer for 3 months. Nothing spectacular happened when I did take them, I just felt better. I don't know why I was nervous. They reduced the anxiety and low mood but the most noticeable change was no sore boobs. Actually the main change was that I was less of a twat to my husband 😂

Go on, you can do it - New Year, New Boobs! (.)(.)

I took them for some years. Within a week I could sleep better and hot flushes had stopped. Within two or three months, I recognised that my mood had lifted a bit (I hadn't actually realised how low it had dropped until it went back up!).

All I can say is, why not try? Give it a two or three month trial. If it's not working for you, then you don't have to continue.

@Bizarred I agree, I didn't realise that if I forgot to take them, they seemed to work their way out of my system pretty quickly. ie. sore boobs and low mood came RIGHT back after I went away for a weekend and forgot to take them.

So yes it you don't like them, you can just stop.
