I have had these tests as part of investigation into fatigue. I've been asking them to investigate my testosterone for nearly 2 years and they only have because my fatigue got suddenly worse. One test low end of normal and the other rock bottom. Does this mean I'll finally get testosterone gel. ?!

Just tell.them low libido. They can only prescribe on nhs for low libido. Even though the fatigue is insane.

@Whyherewego that's great isn't it . Fatigue so crippling I can hardly work but if I mention sex I'll get it !

@rubyslipperss yep makes zero sense. I was exactly like you, so tired I couldn't function. One day I just was in my way into work and had to turn around and go home I literally couldn't continue to walk to the station.
My test level was also on the floor. It really helped getting the gel.

@Whyherewego glad it helped ! I guess I could go private if the GP says no - though I think she will probably say yes - she's pretty forward thinking with menopause.

I’m on testosterone via the NHS - low blood test but had to say zero libido to get it (which was true).
Had to persevere with max NHS dose of oestrogen first though.
