Menopause boobs!

Oh my goodness! My boobs have just gone huge, similar to early pregnancy size. Husband thinks it is great but they are sore and heavy. I’ve tried pointing out if his bollocks got swollen and were uncomfortable that me commenting that I prefer the look of them might not be the best idea. But I don’t think he gets it.

Anyone else had boob changes in menopause and is it temporary or am I stuck like this?

Yep. My pert, firm little things have gone huge and soft and they go out sideways.

Do you know if they go back to normal or is this another ‘new normal’?

Yes my already generous boobs have got bigger but unfortunately I feel less sexy and more matronly looking. I feel like Hattie Jaques. I have even stopped my estrogen gel as it was just making them worse. I think the bollocks comment is fair enough - maybe kick him in them and see what he thinks then!

I was very happy with what I had - just right for me (slightly larger but not massive). Probably feel bigger now as it has a change so hopefully I will become less aware of them.

My DH has just told me not to worry and that he’ll construct me a firm infrastructure for them!

No idea if they go back. I doubt it. Mine did seem to get a bit smaller and firmer when I was going to the gym, but then I hurt my shoulder so I guess the muscles underneath have gone slack again!

Mine were bigger for a while and are now smaller than ever, and I was only a 30 C/D 😭
