I have been on hrt for three months and been taking Utrogestan 15-26 days. However, this month I haven’t come on. So when do I know to take utrogestan? X

You take it anyway. Don’t use your natural cycle as that will become erratic as you go through menopause. I take my Utrogestan on days 1-12 of the calendar month regardless of when (or if) I bleed.
