Mirena and aching joints

I'm almost 50, got the mirena coil 2 years ago after polyp removal and gynae recommended it due to my age. I had no other menstrual issues.

I haven't had a period now for 1 year, but I've aching body parts, which I don't know if it's related to coil - stiff and sore neck, elbows, fingers, knees.

I've no menopause symptoms such as hot flushes, so I reckon it's the coil has stopped my periods.

I haven't been for a check--up or had bloods done and I'm not on oestrogen.

Could these aches be related and might oestrogen help?

I have the coil fitted and hrt patches to help with menopause symptoms. I've had the coil fitted for years previously for contraceptive purposes. Only in the last 18 months have I had aching joints (left elbow specifically!!!) So for me it's very unlikely to be the coil and much more likely to be the menopause...... thanks mother nature!!!!!
