Terrible PMT

I had an awful day of PMT yesterday. My hormones felt like they were raging through my body. A bit like adrenaline but not. Today I feel completely normal.

Nothing felt right. I wanted to stomp around the whole day. I couldn’t even tell what might have helped. I just wanted to cry or rage.

Does anyone have any tips for managing if it happens again? I’m not allowed to take HRT.

I had 3 aura migraines this week too (my usual type).

You have my sympathies, I've spend my entire life with terrible PMS snd driven by my hormones.

On days like that I exercise, walk, do some jumping jacks, punch pillows or anything kind of high energy, if I can't get the rage out I go for a long drive listen to a podcast and try and leave my mood in the car.

And failing all of the above I hide from everyone, run a big bath and try and read or binge crap TV.

Jumping jacks are a good idea @creamsnugjumper . I felt like I needed something explosive.

Or hiding from my family in the bath so I don’t affect them.
