Hi all, I am 43 & over the past 6 months my cycle has lengthened to an average of 45 days. I’ve also experienced, what Im now coming to accept is hormonal changes, in migraines increasing, complete fatigue, 5cm chocolate cyst on my ovary from endometriosis (had a lap last year buts its back!), sinuses flaring up every morning, hair thinning, joints clicking, panic attacks & increased anxiety, hot sweats, night sweats, racing heart, and now gastro issues. I’ve had brain, pelvic & abdominal scans, blood tests, ECGs, the lot! And all that’s so far identified is sludge in my gallbladder, on the low side of iron & vit d (now got supplements), and I have the joy of an endoscopy on Xmas eve! I tried hrt for 10 days but it set off panic attacks, I can’t really take it anyway due to my endometriosis & migraines with aura which has now started.
I suppose I’m reaching out to ask, how much flaming longer is this going to go on! What were others experiences once they hit the 45 day cycle mark…….
