Anxiety/heart -new to peri

I'm due to turn 40 soon, but for the last few months, I've been having randomly getting an ache in my chest that lasts a day or 2 and then goes. I've had some recent health checks and everything came back ok... it feels more like a heavy weight on my chest. Like the tight chest you get with anxiety (I have suffered with this in the past) but a lot worse/longer lasting. Is this a peri symptom?

I've readd a few of the anxiety threads and I don't really have the "thoughts", rather just the physical symptoms. Has anyone else been through similar?

Yeah, I know what it is but forgot the name. It's nothing to worry about.

It could be a panic attack? (Common in peri)

Do you have any other peri symptoms?

Is it happening in a pattern each month?

I have a few yes: brain fog, erratic periods and breast pain mostly but a few of the minor things like sore eyes and hair loss. Breast pain has been investigated fully and put down to hormones.

This is a new one, just a couple of months, so no pattern as yet, but will monitor. The breast pain and period symptoms started in spring
