I had been having the occasional anxiety attack before starting HRT and although I have felt anxious on the odd occasion, it hasn't developed into anything I can't control. I started off on Evorel 25 patches and 100mg Utrogestan.
Recently, I had my first HRT review and the patches were changed to Evorel 50. I had been getting along okay with Evorel 25, but was still having hot flushes. I was also put on 100mg Gepretix instead of Utrogestan.
I have been on the new dosage for 3 weeks now, but in the last week, the anxiety is back. It seems to start around the same time each day, every day and I'm really struggling throughout the evening. I don't have anything to feel anxious about and I've finished work until the new year now. Could it be connected to the dosage increase/change to Gepretix?
