Can I start it on the second day of my period or does it have to be the first? Thanks

I had a break from this and after my period last arrived on the 28th day I only went back on it after the period had completely stopped. Just wanted to see if it contributes to the fortnightly periods and how do you get a thick lining after a hysteroscopy only months declared as unusually thin.

Never had any hormone testing whilst other people my own age without previous problems claimed to be tested in other parts of the country very much so. Two professionals have now said why are you on the gel as opposed to patches. Find it. minefield.

It makes no difference whatsoever when you start it.
You'll be taking Utrogestan too, so just start that after 15 days on gel.

Women who aren't having regular or any periods can't wait for Day 1 to start it.

@Ladymuck2022 that sounds like your own periods, irregular during peri, and nothing to do with using gel or any form of HRT.
HRT doesn't always override your own cycle if you're early in peri.
