App for tracking irregular periods?

My periods have suddenly become shorter and less regular (I´m 49) and I was wondering if there´s a good app for tracking them? I have downloaded Flo that my daughter uses but I want something where it´s really easy to see at glance how long each cycle was, which Flo doesn´t seem to, it´s more focused on predicting my next period and when I will ovulate, which is obviously kinda useless now.

Thanks.

Fertility Friend is good.

You can log symptoms and add 'specifics' too.

It gives you a list and a graph of your cycles.

Flo shows the cycle durations for me. Scroll down on the Home Screen and then you’ll see ‘My cycles’ and below that is ‘Cycle History’

I would suggest also keeping a copy outside of apps that is more trustworthy, just incase (or take occasional screenshots).

I used to track mine in an app and as my periods become further and further apart, I went in to log a period and because the app hadn't been used for a few months it had be offloaded from my ipad.

When I then tried to download it, it had been removed from the apple store and I had lost all my history.

Yes. Sometimes a pen and a notebook are best.
Good point.

This. I kept a list on paper which was easy to show my GP at a glance so they could see how irrational my cycles were - anything from 17 days to 49!
