What dietary changes have you made that improved peri-meno symptoms?

I have incorporated lots more (good) fat but I spoke to somebody the other day who suggested giving up gluten. I don't have any digestive issues but do have brain fog. What have you cut out or incorporated that's helped?

Still struggling but I've quit caffeine and wine completely and down to bare minimum alcohol (only white spirits very very occasionally). Mainly coz of poor sleep quality!

I love my coffee but go for Exhale. I really need to be better with wine - I love it but have noticed it makes me feel awful the next day, even if I'm super careful

Upping my protein, especially meat.

I find too little protein has a negative impact on my mood.

As a coffee lover, it was horrible for me to quit drinking coffee. I notice that my sleep becomes fragmented so I need to let go of my caffeine routine. Also, very very minimal sweets. I'm not really into sweets but I'm wary of diabetes and its silent symptoms.
