I have been on thr oestrogen spray and Gepretux for the progesterone for a while but the last two months of the progesterone i have noticed i get really short tempered, irritated and angry, I loose my temper and feel proper road rage for example when people cut me up or block me in …my whole life i have just shrugged and carried on when people are annoying.anyone else have this? My poor husband got a full force of anger for snoring last night. Previously i would roll him over and try to go back to sleep. any ideas? calling the GP round here not an option! waited 4 months for the HRT review which was 3 minutes on the phone with a nurse who asked me for my blood pressure reading and that was it!
